Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
EXCITING NEWS! Beginning in September 2012, Detroit Metro Airport customers will enjoy a new, no-cost option for limited, wireless internet access! Check out the announcement, and stay tuned for more details soon! Detroit Metro Airport's Wi-Fi service is provided by Boingo Wireless. Set your SSID to "boingo" and follow the on-screen instructions to connect. Information regarding usage rates is available on this splash screen once you have connected to the wireless network, or by visiting Boingo's website at www.boingo.com from any browser.
Boingo Wi-Fi service plans provide the user with Wi-Fi access not just at Detroit Metro Airport, but at all of Boingo's more than 125,000 Wi-Fi HOTSPOTS around the globe, including many other airports, hotels, retail and restaurant venues. Roaming service is now available using your Boingo account to access GoGo in-flight internet now offered by many major U.S. airlines.
