DTW is teaming up with United Way for Southeastern Michigan, Public Allies and the Volunteer Coordinators Network of SE Michigan to host the event, which will feature more than 30 local organizations with volunteer opportunities.

“Here at Detroit Metro Airport, we know firsthand the difference volunteers can make in the lives of others,” said Airport Authority CEO Joseph Nardone. “Each day, our Airport Ambassadors help to improve the travel experience for our customers. We’re hoping to add to our roster of dedicated volunteers. And, we’re pleased to partner with dozens of worthwhile organizations in our region who are also seeking caring people to join their ranks.
